Sunday Soothe: Yoga Workshop with Kirsten Orchard

Sunday 10 April 2016, 10.00 -11.30 at Soho Farmhouse

This yoga workshop is for everyone who has ever felt stressed, uncomfortable or harassed. Anyone who feels life moves too quickly, or who struggles with sleep, relationships, anxiety or depression.

This is a simple and powerful yoga workshop to help heal the human spirit. This yoga is not a flexibility contest, it is not a sport and it is not a religion. This yoga is a simple, but incredibly powerful combination; of simple yoga postures, standing breath work from Qi Gong (an ancient Chinese martial arts) and some unifying concepts of life, love and happiness.

For a life worth breathing, return to the simple things in life; get down to earth, slow down enough to sense, step into nature, see the sky and let your spirit soar.

Come and experience all of this in a 90 minute practice in the Haybarn at Soho Farmhouse, Great Tew, Oxfordshire. Open to Soho House members and friends and house guests.
